Ugborough History Group Relaunch
We are planning an exciting relaunch of the History Group out of our enforced hibernation. The main programme will start in January 2022 with hopefully some outdoor events this Summer – details to follow.
We are working on a programme with a broader focus of talks and events covering not just Local History but also the Natural History of the Parish, Dartmoor, the South Hams and the wider Devon County. We would like to incorporate talks and walks around the Parish led by both members of our community as well as and by specialists for members and non-members alike. As we all walked a lot more during Lockdown it will be an ideal opportunity to now tread our local pathways in a more sociable way and also to learn about the natural and man-made environment in which we all live.
If you have a favourite walk and would like to lead a group please get in touch via this link:

Anyone keen to get involved in organising or leading group activities is very welcome please let us know.
We will not be enrolling members until later this year for the 2022 season and look forward to welcoming both old and new members of the community to our new programme.
