Rates for Hire of the Village Hall

​

   General Hirers​:

  • Main Hall and Kitchen  £12.50 first hour,  £10.00 per hour thereafter* 

  • Committee Room   £5.00 per hour

  • Official bodies (e.g. elections)  £40.00 per session**

  • Deposit (when required) - Up to £200.00 per hire

 

​   Regular Hirers (as agreed by Village Hall Committee*):

  • Preschool £4.50 per hour for main Hall & Kitchen & £1.50 per hour for Committee Room from September 2023

  • School £10.00 per hour from September 2023

A BOOKING ENQUIRY FORM needs to be completed for all bookings

Notes: 

*Any discount requested must be agreed by Committee on a case by case basis.

** Session is defined as one of the following: AM, PM and Evening.

  • All Hirers must read the full terms and conditions attached here and check the box on the form to confirm these have been duly noted including compliance with any current COVID restrictions .

  • Rates effective from September 2023.

  • Please note these rates do change from time to time and the rate for any booking will need to be confirmed at time of booking

  • Please calculate the fee for your booking and insert on Booking Enquiry Form
