The Ugborough Neighbourhood Development Plan
This Community Plan derived its objectives, actions and authority from the Community.
The Ugborough Neighbourhood Plan Working Group wrote a Neighbourhood Development Plan which was accepted by a majority at a Referendum date on April 26th 2018.
It was adopted by South Hams District Council (SHDC) and it will now influence the determination of planning applications in the Neighbourhood Plan Area.
