Nearly everyone coming from 'up the line' will travel south on the M5 for the latter part of the journey. Just after Exeter the M5 comes to and end and becomes the A38 going west.

About 16 miles short of Plymouth you will see signs for three places - Rattery, South Brent and Ivybridge. Turn off the A38 on to the A3121 at Wrangaton Cross, signposted to lots of places including Ermington, Loddiswell and Modbury.At the top of the slip road, turn left towards Loddiswell. Proceed for about 1 1/4 miles. At the next proper cross roads (i.e. where you have to stop) called Kitterford Cross, turn right.After 3/4 mile, you will see Ugborough church on the right - turn left and park in the villkae centre.
